ABOUT US

We are a group of mothers from various professional backgrounds and  ethnicities that have united upon the love of Quran and Tadabur (Quranic  Reflection). We endeavor to share and spread the seeds of Tadabur in  communities to empower fellow parents and educators to confidently practise Tadabur with their children and students.

As parents living in the UK, we have identified that when it comes to Quran, children are often taught to read and memorise. Whilst reading and memorising the words of our Creator is a goal every parent should aspire for their children, we feel that it comes at the expense of our children forming a meaningful relationship with the Quran.

Allah (swt) has told us in the Quran, that He has revealed this Book so that we can PONDER upon its ayat. Unfortunately, we find that our children are rarely taught or encouraged to reflect and ponder upon the Quran.

We at QI Learning have been informally delivering workshops for Adults concentrating on Tadabur for the past seven years. Our work then extended to include children when we successfully provided an interactive workshop with a group of nearly 40 children in Bristol.

Children learned about the story of Prophet Isa (pbuh) and his mother Mariam (pbuh) from the verses of the Quran. We made the experience fun and  enjoyable using arts and craft, games, puzzles and other resources. The response we got from parents and children was incredibly amazing. This is when we realised that we had a mission to accomplish! And the  decision came to formalise our work and provide a platform that parents can access worldwide and make our products reach and benefit a bigger audience.
